A Jamestown native and a former Infinity student; Eric Pearson is the program director of The Infinity Performing Arts Program, Inc. Eric also gives private guitar lessons and runs the Infinity Guitar Quartet and the Infinity Jazz Quartet. He graduated with music degrees from SUNY JCC and SUNY Fredonia. In addition to teaching music in the Jamestown Public School system, he teaches privately and works as a freelance performer in the area. His performance experience includes work with performers such as Rich Little, John Bacon, Bruce Johnstone, Alan Zurcher, Harry Jacobson, and John Cross. Eric performed with the stage band for Chautauqua Lake Idol from 2004-2006 and has toured frequently as a member of the Fredonia Guitar Quartet.

Howie is a 30 year veteran music teacher. He was born in Long Island and went to school at SUNY Buffalo, graduating with a Master's Degree in Music Education. He has directed several steel drum bands: the Gustavus Adolphus Learning Center Steel Band, the Jamestown Community Steel Band, the Randolph Academy Steel Band, Infinity's own Steel Pan Alley and Infinity Steel Band, and Howie and the Feltones, a professional steel band. His passion is teaching and his bands have performed throughout Western New York, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Disney World in Orlando, Florida and Moscow, Russia. The Infinity Steel Band and Steel Pan Alley has been a great opportunity to work with talented local high school and college students. The collaboration of gifted instructors of Infinity is a source of great motivation.

Ken Larsen was born in Denmark, but raised in NYC. He played and taught in NYC and has been exposed to many types of music and people. He moved to Jamestown in 1985 and went into the restaurant business while continuing to play and enjoy many different musical styles. At Infinity, Ken teaches beginner & intermediate guitar students and instructs the band Infinite Groove.

Michael has been with Infinity since 2005. He teaches electric bass guitar and he has a variety of musical tastes. He spent several years as a journalist, and now is going back to school pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English Adolescent Education. Aside from playing bass, Michael plays drums. During lessons, Michael will play drums, so students can gain invaluable experience playing along with a drummer.
