How can my child become involved in the Infinity Performing Arts Program?
All new students must first fill out a Student Registration Form. The form is available by calling or going to the Infinity Facility during business hours, or by downloading and printing it on the Forms page. Attending Infinity concerts or Infinity Cafe performances is a great way to have your child experience Infinity. Dates and locations can be found on the Schedule page.
Once the registration form is turned in, what should we expect?
An Infinity staff member will contact you after the registration form is received. New students begin with a 30 minute lesson on the instrument of their choice, or a group lesson with other beginner students depending on their area of interest.
When can my child join an ensemble or band?
After a student has completed at least one three month evaluation process, depending on their level of musicianship and interest, a student may be placed in one of our performing ensembles or understudy groups.
Is there a fee involved?
Yes, there is a monthly program fee for all Infinity students. Please call the studio at (716) 664-0991 for current fee rates. Program fee scholarships are available based on demonstrated financial need. You may download and print a scholarship form on the Forms page.
What are the requirements of a student enrolled in the Infinity Program?
Infinity students are required to maintain certain academic levels, attend their weekly lessons or rehearsals, and develop a personal portfolio.
How can I volunteer for the Infinity program?
Infinity is always in need of volunteers! Any interested individuals are welcome to attend the Parents & Volunteers Group meetings at the Infinity Cafe at 7pm every 2nd Monday of the month. Our dedicated volunteers hold fund-raising events throughout the year and staff the Infinity Arts Café counter during performances.
